No Surprises Act
Due to recent federal legislation, any patient who is paying out of pocket for services or seeing an out of network provider must be informed about the No Surprises Act. This act prevents surprise billing from occurring by notifying patients in advance of estimated costs for the year. A good faith estimate will be provided to you in writing if I am not in network with your insurance or you choose to pay out of pocket for services. Additional information can be found here:
